Authorization for the Sale of Chametz

I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit you to act in my place and stead, and on my behalf, to sell all chametz possessed by me, knowingly or unknowingly, as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic Law (e.g., chametz, possible chametz, and all kinds of chametz mixtures).

This includes chametz that tends to harden and adhere to the surfaces of pans, pots, cooking utensils, and appliances, as well as the utensils themselves, together with pet food containing chametz and all mixtures thereof.

I further empower you to lease all places wherein the chametz may be found, particularly at the address listed below, as well as any other locations where my chametz may be stored.

You are granted full authority to appoint any agent or substitute in your stead, and such substitute shall possess the same full right and authority to sell and lease as provided herein.

You are also vested with the full power and right to act as you deem fit and proper, in accordance with all the details of the Contract of Sale customarily used in the transaction for the sale of chametz, chametz mixtures, and related items as provided herein.

This authorization is made in conformity with all applicable Torah, Rabbinic, and Civil laws.
